Linking Hands Inc

Linking Hands provide transport to medical appointments helping people in Bream Bay and a large part of the Kaipara (Matakohe and East to Mangawhai).
We have 8 vehicles, 3 based in Bream Bay, 1 in Mangawhai, 1 in Kaiwaka and 3 in Maungaturoto, 1 which is a wheelchair van.
We are a free service but rely on donations and small grants to keep operating.
Our drivers are all volunteers and are Police Vetted.
We appreciate as much notice of appointments as possible and on occasion people may be asked to go a bit earlier/wait a while after their appt to fit in with others if need be.
At the office in Maungaturoto we have 3 computers available for the public to access the internet. $2 per half hour and a small fee for any printing.
