Mothers Helpers

Mothers Helpers provides a Perinatal Depression recovery programme to mothers who are experiencing Peritnatal Depression (that is, when they are experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy or after birth). We also provide support to mothers who are under stress in the hope that PND might be prevented. We also offer an Antenatal Parenting course called "Preparing for Parenthood" that we would highly recommend to first-time parents.
