Northland Parents of Deaf Children Inc. is a voluntary organisation formed in 1994 by parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children.
As parents, we aim to support one another to provide our children with opportunities that will enable them to become the best that they can be.
We work closely with professionals to improve the quality of services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and their families.
We believe it is important for parents to be heard and for their views and opinions to be valued and that they are important members of the “team”.
