This service provides assertive community outreach to clients identified as at high risk, primarily due to reluctance to engage in mental health treatment. The majority of clients were previously high users of adult mental health services. This is a regional service, based at Whangārei and in Kaikohe.
Our Service primarily supports adults who are previous users of mental health services.
